德慶縣中醫院的醫生告訴記者，秋季應以、潤肺益脾為主，盡量少吃辛辣、煙酒等散發肺氣的食物，才能更好地預防秋燥。
縣中醫院主治醫師 張鏡文：上的調節要注意秋燥， 以養陰潤肺為主， 比如說芝麻核桃等等的都以吃 ，比較忌辛辣， 煙酒方面都不適合。
張鏡文表示，除了飲食方面的調節，市民還要注意保護肌膚，防止出現季節性皮炎。
縣中醫院主治醫師 張鏡文：沖涼的時間比較長會破壞皮膚表面的油脂， 比較容易出現季節性皮炎， 產生瘙癢， 時候都有一些病人說入秋之後乾燥皮膚開始瘙癢就是這麼一回事。
張鏡文還提醒，要注意保暖，適時增添衣物，同時要調節睡眠時間，補充維生素，讓人體保持充沛精力，預防發生。
